Where to eat in Miami

Miami eats Cuban first: sandwiches pressed on Calle Ocho, croquetas at the counter, cafecito from a walk-up window, with Peruvian ceviche, Haitian griot in Little Haiti and Florida stone crab layered on top. Michelin arrived statewide in 2024 and the 2026 guide gives Miami one two-star and thirteen one-star restaurants, many of them omakase counters and Latin American tasting menus. Go from November to April for the weather and the stone crab season.
