Where to eat in Provo

Provo is home to Brigham Young University, and its food is shaped by returned missionaries who came back craving what they ate abroad: Peruvian chicken, Czech kolaches, Indian curry and Vietnamese, all within a few blocks of Center Street and University Avenue. It is also where fry sauce, Utah's pink dip for fries, likely began. Plan around Sundays, when much of the town closes, and know that many restaurants serve no alcohol.
