One promise per city: every meal on its page costs the price on its card or less, with what that is in dollars. Places students actually use and that have lasted, bakeries, canteens, market counters, noodle and dumpling shops, a few famous ones that are still cheap. Copenhagen and Stockholm get a higher line because nothing good there costs less. Prices are typical, checked November 2, 2026; they move, so treat them as a guide.
