    Chicken Bakes

    Kirkland Signature

Air-fry it instead of microwaving and the crust gets crisp and golden like the food court's. A quick Caesar salad on the side turns it into a full Costco-at-home dinner.

The food court favorite, sold frozen in six-packs. Fans argue about whether it's as good as the food court one (some call it the "chicken fake"). Tasting Table says the air fryer is the answer.

A brush of garlic butter and Parmesan on the crust before it cooks is what the food court does. The Caesar is a shortcut dressing made in the salad bowl.

    • 1 tbsp melted butter mixed with 1 small grated garlic clove
    • 3 tbsp grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, divided

    How to make it

    1. Brush the frozen bakes with the garlic butter and sprinkle with 1 tbsp of the Parmigiano.

    3. Meanwhile whisk the mayo, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire and lots of black pepper in a big bowl.
    4. Add the romaine, croutons and the rest of the Parmigiano and toss.
