How we check
We put a place in only when it says so on its own site, or when a coeliac writer who ate there says so, and we link which one. Three tiers: 100% gluten free (the whole kitchen), coeliac-careful (accredited, a separate fryer, or real protocols), good options (plenty to eat, flour in the kitchen, so ask). Every page shows the day we checked.
No place pays to be here. Kitchens change: if it's coeliac disease, say so every time.
