Gluten-free San Francisco
Eating gluten free here: Easy
San Francisco has a fully gluten-free Italian, Mexican, Hawaiian, a cocktail bar, a brewery and even a stand at the Giants' ballpark. The one thing it's short on is gluten-free bakeries.

How Chef checks: every place here says it on its own site, or a coeliac writer who ate there does, and we link which. We checked on October 29, 2026. Kitchens change, staff change: if it's coeliac disease, say so every time. Photos marked "a photo like it" aren't of that place. No place paid to be here.
