Istanbul takes a ferry ride: the fully gluten-free places cluster on the Asian side in Kadıköy and Moda, while Sultanahmet has careful kitchens by the sights, and there's even gluten-free baklava.

A gluten-free market and café. Far from the sights, but the place to stock up on bread and snacks.
